Vision, Mission and Objectives

 

We are committed to making sure that we are a great Housing Association who offers affordable, well- maintained and managed homes.  Our belief is to support Clients to thrive whilst having the most inspiring impact on both them and the wider community.

 

At Chatfield Housing, we value and respect the Clients and their differences, as we recognise that we work in diverse communities and some groups are more likely to experience disadvantage and discrimination because of a protected characteristic.  We thrive on an inclusive culture, where individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole are strengthened by this diversity.

 

People from different backgrounds, experiences and with different points of view, bring a richness of knowledge that help us to provide a better service to our Clients and we are committed to knowing who our Clients are and what their needs are in order to provide appropriate, accessible services.

 

Chatfield Housing provides supported housing for vulnerable adults with mild mental health needs, learning disabilities,challenging behaviour, individuals recovering from substance/alcohol misuse and other complex needs.  We provide a secure environment in which our Clients are encouraged in their quest to intergrate back into the community.  We also carry out equality assessments on all our policies to ensure that we provide accessible services for all our Clients and  staff,  ensuring our policies do not disadvantage any group.

 

Chatfield Housing recognises that 'one size' does not fit all, so provides a variety of high-quality services that offers different tenures to suit individual needs and aspirations, giving clients a range of opportunities to get involved and to contribute their views.
